Your functions:

The Association’s main purpose is to defend the interests of the Association. In particular, without being exhaustive, it will take care of the following objectives:

• To represent the associates before the Administration in order to promote an ethical and professional charter market.
• To promote and encourage legislative, technical and/or commercial solutions for the nautical charter sector, collaborating with the Administration and public and/or private companies.
• Organization of events, conferences, events to promote the technical and professional training of the nautical charter sector workforce.
• To strengthen the links between the different associations and charter nautical companies.
• Seek synergies with other associations or public and/or private entities in those areas that may strengthen the Association.
• To fight against illegal intrusion in the sector, promoting the intervention of state and regional government agencies in the prosecution of practices not permitted by current legislation.

Any other objective that may be decided by its associates for the due fulfillment of the purposes of the Association.
